April 19th Meeting- Mandatory for any parent of a student attending the Philadelphia Trip. Luggage check, itinerary and packing will be discussed. Ms. Pappas will be available to answer any medical questions.
May 31st Meeting 7 pm- Mandatory meeting for 8th grade parents. Graduation tickets will be given out and discussed. Treasury report will be given.
May 31st Meeting 7:45 pm- Meeting for 7th Grade parents. Nominations and voting for next year's 8th Grade parent committee will take place. Also looking for parent volunteers to work Graduation.

Each student's family is financially responsible for the following:
Graduation Fee- $80- MANDATORY- Due by October 24, 2016
(Includes the cost of the yearbook, individual commencement photo and group cap and gown photo)
8th Grade Trip (Philadelphia)- $499- Trip Date: May 17-19, 2017
Deposit of $75 is due on October 17, 2016
Formal Dance at Empire Club- $30
8th Grade Activity Forms are due back to Ms. Provenzano by October 3, 2016.
Second Deposit for Philadelphia Trip is due on 2/22. Please see account statements.
